  • You pay by card, with Apple Pay and Google Pay too, once you have seen that we can go ahead. Payment comes before any work starts.
  • Cancel by email before we start for a full refund; after we start, a $39 cancellation fee applies. Refund policy
  • After you pay we ask for a few documents, such as photos and your rates notice.

The property and why you need the assessment

A Property Valuation is not for stamp duty. For stamp duty, we can refer you to a professional valuer.
Pick the band you expect when you order: the price for that band is final, and it doesn't change if our valuation comes in a different band.
